My lack of Self Confidence

This is a serious problem. On Facebook, I found nearly all of my friends in my old school, and I'm friends with one of them on Facebook, but I'm too nervous to send a friend request to the others. I'm worried that they might not remember me or something like that.. I need more self confidence..

I can no longer listen to the White Album anymore

I read the story about Charles Manson and the "Helter Skelter" scenario and how he connected all the songs of the White Album to his plot. I can no longer listen to any of the songs in the White Album without thinking about Manson.

I'm aware that the White Album is great. It's amazing, every track has value that will last longer than any of the shit Linkin Park puts out. But the thing is, ever since learning about Charles Manson, I cannot thoroughly enjoy any of the songs without being reminded of him and what he did.
