uh guys hate to be a goingagainstsysops gus but I don't think Raiku should have gotten banned this time for doing something on a different site. Apparently hrwiki-fanstuff and the wiki are affiliated (I guess super sam being in there means affiliation) but that still doesn't mean anything. If I do something on HRWiki and get banned they aren't gonna ban me from HRFWiki. And if I do something on X-Entertainment and get banned they aren't gonna ban me on Newgrounds. Yes, Raiku has done a load of stupid stuff and probably should have been permabanned earlier. But that means nothing, because I'm not saying this to get Raiku out of a ban. I'm saying this because if I can get banned on this wiki for saying something on a small IRC chat channel, well, then something is messed up.

you should never block someone on here because of what they did on #hrwiki-fanstuff because:

1. you do not know for sure if it was the same person. anyone can have the nick Raiku
2. that channel is not even affiliated with this one.
3. this block obviously happened because of a LACK of power in #hrwiki-fanstuff. if someone's spamming curses, give all relevant info to Tom in a PM. He gets to it later on.

Look. Me, Dino, Super Sam, and probably others agreed together that this was a just punishment. I'm not certain I like how you two guys who were not actually there decided to go ahead and relieve his punishment entirely. I warned him very, very clearly that I would block him here if he swore again on #hrwiki-fanstuff. He did, clearly doing so in defiance. It's certainly not his first time misbehaving either, and from what I hear, he's whined his way out of a lot of blocks. you have to remember this happened on fanstuff wiki ground and should be a fanstuff wiki punishment. the only people there in power were you and sam.
