4th Gens

I think that the category for 4th Generation users should be removed because A - it says they joined AFTER the Purge when it's not even done and B - we don't know if they're gonna go to the Fanstuff Wiki. Since there are no Generations at the WUW because it is not old enough to have any big gaps in user type, I don't think users not at the Fanstuff should even count at all.
