Here's how you should have done it.

Best spriter: I think this section is OK.

Best character: Use the characters that seem to get the most good comments

Best fanstuff: Use some FotF winners that own by the most

Best user: Users who fall into most of these catagories.

Best artist: Use users who recieve many positive comments on their pictures.

Best writer: User users who have the best spelling, grammar, and update fanstuffs normally.
