I'll deliver a message in the talk page of a fanstuff that it's been nominated for said award. Then I have the users vote via this talk page. The nominee out of at least 5 nominees with the most votes gets first place. It is possible for a not last place. Now if only there was a Wiki User Wiki Database. That last sentence was optional to read. RadBluefox
