Monokrom (Felicanis achromatis)
The Monokrom is an alien species--presumably from out of this universe. Monokrom are signified by their large, mask-like facial markings and their long, whiplike tail. Most individual members of the species have special tails that take special shapes. No two tails are said to be alike.
The Monokrom here is named "Loki" for reasons unknown.
