Thatladsamuel is a pathetic maybe-thief, maybe an acquaintance of Sneaker Pink's (The Old-Timey version of Rogue Redd). He seems to be on the run from the cops for some reason, but most people doubt his criminal mastermindery. He travels the city of Atlanta, Georgia on a carriage that he thinks is "the iced cream on the cone". He uses odd phrases like that to describe everything, and calls cops "coppers". How pathetic. He is the definition of "old timey".
