Captain Redd is a spoof of Captain Blue from Viewtiful Joe and an action movie star. He's always around to release liscensed VFX-related products and enhancers, and it is Rogue Redd's first role. Although he seems very powerful at first, he doesn't seem to have mastered VFX powers yet.
