Postin for my bro here. Sorry!

• Flip Kick: Down, Down-Forward, Forward, Forward-Up, Up + High Kick (Somersaults in the air and kicks the opponent.)
• Shuriken Toss: Forward, Forward, Forward + Light Punch (Tosses a shuriken. Pressing Light Punch rapidly has him throw three at a time.)
• Kunai Slash: Up, Down, Forward-Down, Forward + Heavy Punch (Stabs the foe with his kunai. Holding Heavy Punch down makes him use a slower, more powerful slash.)
• Flame Wisp: Back, Back-Down, Down, Down-Forward, Forward + Low Kick + High Kick (Shoots a ball of flame at the opponent.)

• FINISHER - Fire Explosion: Full rotation + Light Punch + High Kick (Shoves a ball of flame down the opponent's mouth. The opponent then erupts fire from their eyes and mouth, and they eventually disintegrate.)
• FINISHER - Judgement Stab: Forward, Back, Forward, Back, Forward + Heavy Punch (Stabs the opponent right between the eyes with a kunai. The opponent explodes.)
• FRIENDSHIP: (Ninjaduck does the Charleston. Happy music plays.)

NICE. Here's a movelist.

• Zap Gun - Back, Back-Left, Down-Left, Down, Down-Forward, Forward + Light Punch - Assistant takes out a shock pistol and fires a round. Pressing light punch more will make him shoot up to three more shots.
• Shock Coil - Forward, Forward, Forward-Up, Up + Heavy Punch - Fires a coil of electricity that grabs the opponent. Pressing heavy punch again will make Assistant slam the opponent against the ground.
• Electric Mine - Down, Down, Down + Light Kick - Assistant tosses a mine at the opponent, which may latch on. After a few seconds, it will detonate.
• Finisher: The Zweiblitz - Full Rotation + Heavy Kick + Light Punch - Assistant gets into his mech and pummels the opponent to death.

• Flamethrower - Forward, Forward-Right, Up-Left, Back, Right-Left, Forward + Light Punch - Shoots a blast of fire.
• Firey Uppercut - Forward, Forward, Forward-Up, Up + Heavy Punch - Uppercuts the enemy with a fire punch
• 1-2- Down, Down, Down + Light Kick - Punches the enemy with his left fist, then his right fist.
• Finisher: Volcanic Meltdown - Full Rotation + Heavy Kick + Light Punch - He shoots a GIGANTIC fireball.

Jess' Movelist:

• Lightsaber Throw: Heavy Punch, Light Kick, Light Kick - Combines and throws her lightsabers.
• Force Lightning: Punch, Kick, Light Punch - Sends a blast of lighting through her palm.
• Ground Sweep: Light Kick, Heavy kick, Down+Punch - Using her hands to elevate her, she quickly sweeps the ground below her.
• Succubus Kiss: Light Punch, Down+Punch - Blows a kiss that stuns fighters. She can shoot uop to five at a time by pressing Light Punch.
• FATALITY:Grand Armada: Large force of bats swoop down and slice the enemies head right off, it lands In Jess' hands and she sucks blood from it.
• FATALITY...Erm...2:Be Afraid of the Dark: Jess turns more bats into shadows and sends them through the ground. They come up and bite, scratch, and peck at the enemy until he's a pile of bones.
• Friendship: She puts away her lightsabers and gives the fighter an un-named manga book.
