Plot: A day after coming back from the titanic, the time machine is confiscated. However, B-621 and Unholy Tracy find it in a really obvious place, and they start playing with it, using it to travel hours back in time and pull pranks on people. When they return however, B-621 accidentally sets the co-ordinates to be Janurary 29th, 1941. The time machine disappears with him in it, and it returns without him.

The crew then travel to that time to get him back, only to find out that he's been captured by the SS and will be dissected to see how he works, and to possibly use his technology for weapons.

After dressing up as Nazi soldiers, Chaos, Unholy Tracy and Sephiroth find B-621's head, still functioning with personality intact. They then find out from a top ranking Nazi Officer that B-621's technology has been copied and that they're planning on making an army of robot soldiers to win the war.

So the crew try to find the original body, destroy the robot soldiers, and return to the future in as little time as possible.

While this is all happening, one of the Nazi scientists notices the Time Machine and steals the blueprints for it, planning to make one himself.

The episode ends with the crew coming back safely, and a cliffhanger for a future episode involving the scientist having his own secret army of B-621 clones and a new time machine and him planning to go to the future to rebuild a new nazi empire.

Scenes that fit in at the middle:

The costumed crew accidentally run into Hitler. Hitler mistakes Sephiroth for one of his troops and gets a picture taken with him.

Chaos stumbles upon one of the laboratory's and steals a fair share of the supplies for his own experiments.

Tracy is ordered to escort Heinrich Himmler to a meeting. He takes the opportunity to pull pranks on him on the way there.
