The Blue Meanies are a group of ship hijackers/circus troupe who hijacks the LeviathanX in episode 11. They are lead by Mr. Kite, the ringmaster of the troupe.

Mr. Kite
Mr. Kite, or better known as "Mr. K", is the ringleader of the group. He is known for his posh British accent and stylish manor of dress.
Pablo
Pablo is Mr. K's sidekick, and also his yes man.
Henderson
Henderson is the muscle of the group.
