{Cut to the Shorehouse, Dan, Ryan, Aruseus, and Wolf are all met there}

DAN: Well, I hate to leave, but Alfonzo's expecting me home. Can't play a song without their saxaphonist!

RYAN: The Wolfen only fits two, and Wolf's taking Aruseus. What about me and Fang?

DAN: I have a permit, and I can drive you and Fang home.

FANG: Thanks, Dan.

WOLF: Well, we better get going.

{Cut to the inside of the Wolfen}

ARUSEUS: Hey! I've got mail!

WOLF: Cool.

ARUSEUS: {singing} Go, start the computer, Go, open that email, Let's check email till the screen locks up...

{Aruseus clicks the email icon}

subject: comeing home

To my brother of sorts,

Did you have fun with Dan and friends? I may go down the shore next time you guys go. Also, some new guy came. He claims to know you. Also, an old friend of mine is back. Well, I hope you come home safe. Jeez, I sound like I'm your father.

{Aruseus hits send}

ARUSEUS: Man, I do respect that guy.

WOLF: Yeah. I must say, ever since you first came to Free Country, Tom has taken you under his roof.

ARUSEUS: Yeah, I can think back to that day...just as Tom always told me.

{Flashback to two years ago. Cut to Tom's house in the past}

TOM'S DAD: {offscreen} Now son, here's enough money for a house rent in that Free Country place. You go have fun, and take care of Lyle for us.

TOM: Okay!

TOM'S MOM: {offscreen} Goodbye, son! Don't forget to write!

TOM: I won't!

{Cut to the TLA House, Tom is on the couch with Lyle}

TOM: Wow, Lyle! You're good at earning money! Now we can actually afford this house!

LYLE: Meh!

{A knock is heard on the door}

TOM: I got it.

{Tom opens the door to find Aruseus}

ARUSEUS: Hello! I'm Aruseus! I just moved in from Sinnoh, but I can't find a place to stay. Can I live here?

TOM: Well, you seem friendly, okay! Welcome! I'm Tom.

ARUSEUS: {voiceover} And so, the TLA gang had formed, getting into many escapades. And then, the big move.

{Cut back to the Wolfen}

ARUSEUS: And that's the story.

WOLF: It's so nice to have a friend like Tom. Despite his cynical attitude, he's really nice. Speaking of Tom, we're here.

ARUSEUS: Sweet!

{Cut to Aruseus' front yard, Tom, Pter, Fang, Ryan, and Dan are all there.}

FANG: Thanks for the ride, Dan!

DAN: No prob! {leaves}

ARUSEUS: So...thanks for the welcome party! How was everything without me?

TOM: Peaceful, but too boring. Everything's better with you and Wolf around.

RYAN: I'm glad to be home with you guys.

???: Hey! What about me?

ARUSEUS: Hey! Aren't you the new guy?

???: That I am.

ARUSEUS: Well, step out of the cliche shadow and show yourself!

???: The name's Van. Van Xavier Leafeon. I remember you, Aruseus, back in Sinnoh.

ARUSEUS: I don't.

?????: Well, I must admit, he is a ditz sometimes.

ARUSEUS: Oh great. Another new person.

MEGAN: Remember me, Aruseus?

ARUSEUS: Oh, hey Megan! Wassup with you?

MEGAN: I decided to stick in Free Country for a while, and then move here.

ARUSEUS: Sweet. That's a good thing to know. Now I have two old friends now living here! You sure it ain't getting crowded in here?

TOM P: (Real-World Me) Sorry to break the fourth wall, but I've got it covered!

ARUSEUS: Thanks, writer of my show!
