Blue Cheat is Sam The Man's The Cheat version after receiving an email from Blue Cheat saying that he's for sale.

Blue Cheat can speak Cheat and English, and can also be seen working at Sam's Pizza. He is very sneaky.
SKUB: One could in theory call him a sneak... perhaps the Sneak?!?
Blue Cheat also rescued Sam The Man and went on vacation.
