The interior looks rather advanced.

Talk to the rather wise man

RATHER WISE MAN: Speak!

CONCHRIS: What's 2+2?

RATHER WISE MAN: 22. Now what is it?

CONCHRIS: Uhh... yeah. I need a quest and uh... where can I get them?

RATHER WISE MAN: You get them from the item shop here in this town. Now leave me be, I'm off to a gameshow for really wise people! {flies off somehow}
