Aruseus is an anthromorphic variation of the God Pokemon Arceus

, but does not carry all of the exact powers. He instead was given a mysterious energy called Psyenergy, which is used in a series of attacks from the mind. Aruseus can shoot simple Psyenergy bolts, attack with wind, and fly around for a limited time with his Rocket Fist ability. When he's gathered enough energy (or broken a Smash Ball), he can release his mighty Psyenergy Storm. Aruseus is mostly a goof at times, so this power is rarely seen.
