Wikihood Redux: The Remake/characters/third

The Third, by voting system is the obligatory leader of the Lords of Time. This group however are different from the race of Time Lords to which The Doctor belongs to. Rather, these Time Lords are only one in each reality, and remarkably different to each other. The Third is a very cruel individual, but he still holds up the rules laid down by the first of the Time Lords, unless certain individuals really annoy him.
