{The image on the monitor turns to the main news channel, which is providing coverage on the mass exodus of Townindale, showing a huge line of citizens crowded on the main road, making their way over to Midway, which can be seen in the distance. Like always, Reporter Khoroushi is on the scene.}

REPORTER KHOROUSHI: Shock, horror, dismay. These are among many emotions felt today in the small town of Townindale as the town government passed a highly controversial new law, ordering for every living citizen to evacuate the premises. Later reports confirmed that the mastermind of this circumstance was none other than the illusive owner of Townindale's theater, and recently discovered proprietor to the entire town since its beginnings as a humble western watering hole, Donovan D'Arque himself.

CHAOS: That bastard!

REPORTER KHOROUSHI: How has he able to do such a thing? How has this man been able to live so long? What is up with his Goblin assistant, and what plans does he actually have? I take to asking the citizens themselves, to see what is going on.

{Reporter Khoroushi walks over to a nearby citizen, a young teenage girl with dyed pink hair.}

REPORTER KHOROUSHI: From what I understand, you were one of many who saw the announcement firsthand. What exactly happened?

MARISSA: {In an Australian accent} Okay, so out of nowhere, Goblin dude invites all of us over to watch a movie about the town. I mean, I wasn't doing anything important, so I decided to go along with it, I mean, why not? The film was like... interviews of townspeople and stuff. So, after the film is finished, suddenly D'Arque comes out himself, looking all fancy and stuff. Yeah.

REPORTER KHOROUSHI: Anything else?

MARISSA: Oh yeah, like you would not believe. The guy literally rips off his face, revealing himself to be some kind of zombie. A walking and talking zombie. With a fashion sense, and without the primal urge to feast on brains, I mean.

REPORTER KHOROUSHI: Right..

MARISSA: Yeah, sounds crazy, huh? It was. So all of the sudden, zombie guy starts telling us to get the hell out. Just like that. Hardly gives us any time to pack. Naturally, we don't like that, not one bit. So here we are, telling this man to get out himself, ready to literally tear him apart, bone from bone. All of the sudden, boom. Music. Dubstep music. It was like something out of a game. Before we knew it, we were no longer trying to attack him, but scattered across the ground, disorientated and frankly quite messed up from the whole thing. So.. yeah. We're here now, and quite frankly nobody knows what's going on.

REPORTER KHOROUSHI: You seem rather calm about it.

MARISSA: I'm going through the stage of denial, here.

{Khoroushi goes back to speaking to the camera.}

REPORTER KHOROUSHI: Well then. There we have it. The town of Townindale has officially gone mad. Reports have been telling me that members of the Townindale police force are among the evicted, and several members are planning a raid on D'Arque and his crew, in order to stop the hijacking of an entire town of people. Police Commissioner Keith David is advising his officers not to make such a rash choice, warning them all of the potential danger of going in unarmed. As for the citizens themselves, they have taken to making their way to Midway for sanctuary, it being the closest establishment around. This is Reporter Sarah Khoroushi, bringing you details of this turbulent situation as soon as they come. Over and out.

{The monitor switches back to Rosenberg's feed.}

ROSENBERG: Do you see this? Do you see what is going on right now?

LEX: Holy shit...

ROSENBERG: Holy shit indeed. It is finally happening. After all these years, D'Arque has begun to mobilize. Dark days are ahead, my friends.

CHAOS: Oh please. We've dealt with him before. We can do it again. Get us over to Townindale, we'll soon sort him out.

VENTIN: Yeah! I wanna kick his ass too!

ROSENBERG: I'm afraid I can't do that, Malifact.

CHAOS: Why not? You hate him even more than we do! Come on!

ROSENBERG: Look, I know the man personally, and I know for one that this is merely phase one of a much bigger plan from the likes of him. A mass exodus could only mean one thing.

OIRACUL: What's that?

ROSENBERG: Townindale will soon enough become a playground for him and his twisted plan. Against me, no doubt. Regardless to what it may be, I know there is an immediate danger associated with going back there. I advise you all to stay here, for the meanwhile.

REMOLAY: What about Nox? We have no idea where he is.

CHAOS: What about Vindi?

ROSENBERG: The two are more than capable when it comes to self-defense. So are you, of course, but if I were you, I'd rather not take the risk.

CHAOS: Great. So what do we do?

ROSENBERG: Hang tight, and enjoy the ride.

STEPHANIE: And you? What exactly are you going to do about the mass influx of citizens from Townindale? Midway is a developing city, we can't possibly able to take in so many people in such a short time!

ROSENBERG: Indeed, I am aware of the problem, and I am already computing for a solution. D'Arque is playing an interesting game indeed, and I intend on joining him.
