Wikihood/characters/Theta

Theta has mysterious knowledge of Spiral Pegacion and exploits said knowledge to further unknown goals. They do have relevance to Wikihood in general.

Theta is a "member" of the RepliAirForce, who manipulated Spiral's mental breakdowns and caused him to go to the asylum next to the Wikihood house. He is also responsible for building the asylum, and for causing other video game characters to go insane to kill them in a Kevorkian manner.

However, Theta gets cocky and thinks he can just storm into the Wikihood house to kill off some of the escapees from the House for the Clinically-Depressed and Clinically Insane has-been Video Game Villains who were there, inhaling a toxic gas from an explosive Noxigar had put in to eliminate a rodent and insect infestation. Foil leaves him to die in the radiated house, but the government rescues him when they decide to blow up the Wikihood house.
