Rosemary Touchdown is a girl from Serenity, Arizona. She came to Townindale, with the intent of catching an important bounty: Garfield Wiggins, operating under the LARPsona "Noxigar Bellinski." She occasionally fights Garfield; while these fights lead to various defeats, her ambition is such that she continues to try again with later encounters. During their second fight, she reveals she has befriended some of the same inhabitants as Garfield presumptively knows, connecting her world to his indirectly.
She lost an arm as a result of the second fight with Garfield, with him and other NoxCorp personnel bestowing upon her a robotic replacement. Eventually, she forms a strong bond with her would-be quarry, forged entirely by these fights.
