JCM is the oldest resident of Townindale, witnessing the construction of Wikihood Manor as a child. He claims to have known the monor's original owner, but he's forgotten most details about him due to is advanced age. He regularly hits on Ventin, getting rebuffed by her at best and nearly killed by her at worst. He is sexist, racist, and slightly homophobia, but despite these flaws, he's respected in the Wikihood Manor for his wisdom and knowledge; plus, he's really good with a cane.
