Bruce William Walker, Jr. was born in the Australian outback to Bruce Sr. and Olivia, two heavily respected scientists. Due to his high financial status, Bruce enjoyed a comfortable upbringing, receiving a good education and participating in team sports. However, he was always different to the rest of his peers. The reason being that he was a gorilla. See, Bruce Sr. and Olivia were not his biological parents, but the two scientists partially responsible for his creation through splicing his genes while he was still in the womb.

Despite being a gorilla, Bruce participates in human society, working a comfortable 9 to 5 office job at SephCorp. Bruce is highly skilled in a myriad of tasks, with his peers dubbing him as the "Swiss Army Gorilla". He is highly laid back and highly personable, with a friendly attitude which makes him approachable to most humans.
