But seriously, if you don't want to read the Wiki article, I can explain it. I guess.
Mega Man Battle & Chase was an old Mega Man racing game released on the PlayStation One in Europe and Japan. Over in North America, it was released with the Mega Man X Collection, where it was featured as an unlockable. The game was like Mario Kart, but with more weaponry and such. Plus, you could get the parts from your opponent's car once you beat them! Neat, huh?
Naturally, it passed by as sort of a sleeper hit. But when X Collection came by, people actually found out about it--one of those people being me.
