OH GOD I HATE THESE. I have a problem. A problem with soap programs. I've noticed a pattern in the plots of all of them.
Someone gets married -> Someone has an affair with another person -> The person getting cheated on doesn't even know for a weeks worth of episodes, and finally catches on. -> The cheated gets pissed and plots to kill the person their spouse is cheating with. -> The person cheating either dies, or narrowly escapes death and leaves the show. -> A new person joins the show. -> Repeat as necessary.
It's really annoying. The shows are an inaccurate portrayal of life, and it's repetitive and boring.
