Xinef is the Mirror Relm's obligatory vampire. Because every universe needs a vampire. He's incredibly cunning, having set up a business empire, dominating nearly every area of business he decides to expand into, and began his meteoric rise to millionaire status at the age of 13. He's just THAT shrewd, manipulative and intelligent. He's also evil, but no surprise there.
