Mr. Cloud is the richest cloud in existence. He used to work with Lightning Guy, who traveled on him while dropping raindrops to the Earth. After the drought came, he migrated with Lightning Guy to Free Country, but doesn't work for Mrs. Sunny because of personal reasons(and he got a job at Bub's Concession stand selling things door to door. He likes it because he gives Bubs one half of what he actually sold without Bubs knowing). He has the same personality as Bubs and can do anything with whatever money can buy.
