CBC is a car made by Styx Fan. Styx Fan built him for a buddy and to help him improve in Education (which failed). CBC is the only invention Styx Fan created that works good. Styx Fan uses him for Spy Missions (which he imagines). He can sometimes be seen in Luigi Emails.
