- Standard Special: Icicle Shard - Raiku throws an icicle at his foes.
- Up Special: Wall Hop - Raiku kicks from wall to wall.
- Down Special: Slip Stream - Raiku freezes the ground, causing his enemies to slip.
- Left/Right Special: Frost Punch - Raiku punches his foe, causing them to freeze.
- Final Smash: Arctic Freeze - Raiku grabs his foe, freezes him/her solid, then shoots them with his gunblade, causing them to shatter.
