Profile

Sparky is the happy-go-lucky guy of Dash's group. He has a bit of a naivete about him, but he's generally well-meaning. Using a ring known as the Thunder Ring, he can use the natural energy around him and use it in concentrated electrical bursts. They don't call him Sparky for nothing!

Super Thunderbeam Shoots a quick jolt of electricity at the opponent. Does considerable damage.
Finisher Storm Summon Creates a massive electrical storm, hitting the opponent with a huge thunderbolt. Does huge damage.
