I personally think number 2 is the best game in the series. Heres my layout:
Graphics:9/10 I think the graphics are great.
Gameplay:10/10 This is awesome! Who wouldnt want to own a rocket launcher?
Sound:8/10 Its okay.
Story:11/10 Best story ever.
Replay Value:11/10 After you beat you get to play it again WITH all your weapons.
Overall Rating:10/10 Best game in series.
