Daniel William Rosenberg is the head of the Rosenberg line, and the current 'leader' of Midway, in a way, while as he is not the mayor, he has been put in charge of the city itself by the government.
A total prick, Rosenberg cares only about himself and his prosper, and has turned the police force into a sort of militia to try and stop the rampant crime. He definitely does not like the 'blues' taking out the criminals, upstaging the police and making him look bad.
He's also a direct descendent of Marvin Rosenberg, who was a pretty cool dude.
