I recently lent a friends PSP. He had megaman powered up. I loved it. THIS IS THE HYPOTHETICAL SEQUEL.
Plot
It's 200X. Wily has made nine new robots. The original eight, and a back-up. Megaman has to go stop him, yo.
OR....
Megaman is in repair when this happens. During the night, Protoman (in secret) steals one of Wily's bots and leaves it at Dr. Lights door. Dir Ligh reprograms him, powers him up, and ends him to save the world. Dr Light unleashes his back-up: Megaman stolen from his repair shop.
Playing and stuff
You can play as the following, leaving Megaman out. 'Cause duh.
- Megaman: Powered Up 2/Airman
- Megaman: Powered Up 2/Crash Man
- Megaman: Powered Up 2/Quick man
- Megaman: Powered Up 2/Metal Man
- Megaman: Powered Up 2/Bubble Man
- Megaman: Powered Up 2/Wood Man
- Megaman: Powered Up 2/Heat Man
- Megaman: Powered Up 2/Flash Man
- Megaman: Powered Up 2/Roll
- Megaman: Powered Up 2/Proto Man
- Megaman: Powered Up 2/Bass
- Megaman: Powered Up 2/Cutman
New stuff and weapon adjustments
- The boss weakness cycle is now more linear
- It goes: Airman, Crash Man, Flash Man, Quick Man, Bubbleman, Heat Man, Metal Man and then Wood Man.
- The beaubeam trap is now entirely gone in new style, being replaced by the "Stretch Devil".
- The Bubble lead freezes around ice.
- The dragon is now weak to the leaf shield, Pici Pico Master remains weak to quick boomerang, whilst Guts Dozer is weak to airshooter.
- The alien fight changes depending on who you're playing as: it depends on the gimmick - for example, Bubbleman will have to utilize his floatiness to hit the alien, whilst Crash Man will have to aim his bombs in directions where he can hit him.
- Mets come to varieties: walking ones and stationary ones.
- The leaf shield will float underwater.
- There's now an intro stage: the boss of which is Protoman. Defeating him on hard with the megabuster is what unlocks him.
- Bass is unlocked from completing all 120 challenges.
- Cutman is unlocked by defeating the Wily stages taking no damage.
- Item 3 has been removed: it now works like rush coil does.
- The metal blade now only has 56 uses and only three are allowed on screen at a time.
- Roll can now double jump by wacking her broom in mid-air.
- The items are now unlocked by defeating a certain number of robot masters: two for item 1, four for item 2 and six for item 3.
