Leviathan/places/Vegan Slums

The Vegan Slums are a series of 100 small satellite moons that orbit Vega Prime in the Vega XII Star System. These slums are used for various things and each one has a numeric name, from Slum 00 all the way up to Slum 99. The presumed safety levels of each of the Slums is relative to it's number, in which Slum 99 is safest, up to Slum 01 which is devoid of supervision and is the most lethal and brutal slum available, however slum 00 is actually a high-security space prison used by the Vegans. Despite the safety levels, all slums are generally run-down and inhabited by rows of projects or simply have high frequencies of ghettos. All of the slums are under constant Martial Law, with various generals in the Vegan army ruling over the slums, save for Slums 99 and 00, which are in control of the royalty as opposed to the military.
