Milky Way Chief Javel Jallah is the young Caribbean Adonis born in a test tube and genetically enhanced, who leads the Milky Way's division of the Galaxy Police Federation as it's Chief of Police. Javel's base seed was taken from famed Jamaican bodybuilder Jacinta Jallah, who recognizes Javel as her only son. With this seed, scientists with direct funding from the United Universes in conjunction of the Galaxy Police Federation managed to combine the best racial traits from the Humans of Earth into a synthetic sperm, which they then used to create and culture Javel. Javel was born and raised in a military environment, and was eventually deputized into the Federation, with the expectation of becoming the Chief of Police in record time. He has achieved every goal thrown at him with astounding success, and has recently received his well sought after promotion. Now in command of the Galaxy Police, he's been put in charge of apprehending the people who have absconded with the LeviathanX. With his perfect record in mind, he sees to ensure that he retains his 100% success rate with his convictions, and will stop at nothing to finally bring down Valentina and her crew.
