Styx Fan: Styx Fan is a Dimwit. Altough he is a Dimwit, He is a great inventor. He Created CBC. It's Unknown what he wants to do with his Prize Money.

Vehicle Stats
- Vehicle Name: Counting Blue Cars
- Vehicle Description: Styx Fan's Ultimate Spy Car. Only Problem is, It's as Stupid as Him.
- Special Attack: Supre Rocket! - A Giant Rocket pops out of CBC's Trunk. THe Rocket makes A Huge Boost. Once it's done a Parachute pops out of the trunk to slow down to regular speed.
- Body: Slug Body - The Same Body for a Slugbug. Makes car go at a normal speed.
- Wing: Slug Wing - Makes it Easy to turn. But, makes you slow down when turning.
- Tires: Styx Wheels - Makes it easy to drive on road and slippery surfaces. But, not the best for Off Road
- Engine: Hybrid Engine - Half Gas, Half Electric. Makes car Speedy.
