The remote sits on a glass table in front of it with a sofa and some chairs surrounding it. There is also a door to the basement, but it is currently under lock and key and only Chrionroar has the key. Where is he anyway?

Oh yeah, the carpet is pale red but it makes you think a murder had just happened... several times... at once...

No, you can't take the remote, it is super glued to the table, probably to stop people like you just waltzing in and taking everything that isn't nailed down... and is on the souvenirs list...
