Gemerl is a godforsaken robot deth-machine, equipped with heavy metal weaponry. It's mostly his weaponry that does the damage to cars. Created by the Sonic Team, Gemerl entered to teach Emerl some stupid lesson worth re-living. So he decided to throw wheels on him and pass him off as a car. Hoorah.
