My first attempt at trying to use Paint.NET to create this character. To be honest, this took me some time to get right because I had to fiddle with the line tool a bit to get Cieeia almost exactly how I envision her.
This picture was constructed using two layers, count them, two. One for the body and hair and one for the face/head, it's because I don't want to screw up something on the face when trying to make the body and have to start over again.
