Basic Info
Joseph was an employee of Skied Off. His only appearance was in "Ready, Set, Go!" He allowed Chaos to purchase some ski equipment, but vanished along with the Skied Off store. An Elderly Gentleman showed up, to inform Chaos that the owner of Skied Off, and the thief, died - it is unknown if Joseph was actually real, a ghost, or some scam artist who found Chaos to be an easy target.
