Main Style
Each warning should have one or two icons centered above the text. All icons to be used are in Category:Information Icons.

 |
moderator/sysop, administrative actions |

Blocks
By itself, the block icon either means a successful block or a block from editing, depending on the message. In combination with a block icon, another icon indicates what cannot be done. The block icon must be the first item.
Examples
: cannot do op action because of block
: cannot make an account because of block
