Oiracul is a normal adventurer who acts as a miscellaneous boss at night when he turns into a werewolf (against his will, mind you). During the day, he is a cleric who heals the group (and controlled by the game, not by the player).
{OOC: I know his name is Lucario backwards. It's done on purpose for trivia.}
When he is a werewolf, his holy powers can be used against Toonypie and his group.
