Basic Info
Joseph was an employee of Skied Off, who sold Chaos ski equipment.
His only appearance was in "Ready, Set, Go!" He vanished, along with the Skied Off store, when Chaos intended to return the ski equipment. An Elderly Gentleman showed up, to inform Chaos that the owner of Skied Off, and the thief, died - it is unknown if Joseph was actually real, a ghost, or some scam artist who found Chaos to be an easy target.
