Ah, well, we basically have a basic plot established, and then we just... write towards the end, while also following the basic plot. No limit to how much we can individually write, but I wouldn't recommend writing the entire episode by yourself unless everyone else is totally onboard with what you're doing and approve. We all control each other's characters for the sake of faster progression, but you can also edit what somebody else has already written in regards to certain things such as characterization and plot and such.
