Motivation: None, just friends with Ekul
Inventory: Two swords inside his feathers that contain turbines. Using this, he can electrify the swords at will. He also owns a plane (With ambiguous legality) and a flight uniform.
Abilities: He can manipulate magnetivity incredibly well. He can damage, protect, restore or short out electrical devices, especially computers. He can open metal doors, (Not all, though. Just ones that either have magnetic locks or that are light enough) construct rudimentary weapons and even create magnetic shields, which is arguably the most useful. These shields don't generally affect bullets, but lasers, radiation and electricity is at least partially reflected.
