Humans are an ancient, dying race of aliens who inhabited Earth before it was destroyed. Very few crew members on the LeviathanX are of human descent, and likely none are pure human. The closest to pure human is Captain Sephiroth, and he has acidic blood, something pure humans do not have. The only known pure human on the show is Shwoo, and she hasn't been seen in person yet. Humans have evolved past the need of a liver, an organ present in many Earth-based animals.
