Clash of Villains/req

Request Characters

Requirements

• 'The character must not be insanely overpowered. This means no insta-kills, no massive combos, nothing way way powerful. Let's keep a sense of scale with the fighters, m'kay?
• Make sure they're villains. This should make a bit of sense.
• Stick with the attack format used on normal characters. This is not Smash Bros. Don't say Up A or Down B here, okay?
• Two characters to a user. I don't want this to be cluttered.
