Cecelia, Princess of Lavosia (née Cecelia Patricia Robinson) is a former American film actress and the current wife of Prince Leotheras VI of Lavosia. After embarking on an acting career at the age of 18, Cecelia Robinson starred in a multitude of hit movies, achieving worldwide fame at a young age, eventually retiring at the age of 24 to attend to her duties in Lavosia. As short as her career was, it was definitely memorable.

Cecelia Robinson met the young prince of Lavosia during the Cannes Film Festival, where a spark between the two was immediately ignited. Originally meeting for the purpose of a photoshoot, the two were immediately enamored with each other, for Prince Leo was taken back by her stunning beauty and finesse, while the young actress took a liking to the Prince's glamorous charm. Little over a month after initial meeting, the Prince had proposed to her, and she immediately accepted.

The wedding between the young couple was met by the blessings of King Frederick himself, and the two were wed in an lavish public ceremony that broadcast televisions all over the world, especially America, where the media was completely bombarded with this news to the point where the citizens were unsure whether or not they were even living in America and not the kingdom itself. Either way, it was a happy occasion.

Just like her husband, she too is also currently taking a temporary residence in the state of Listless, USA, on an extended "diplomatic trip". Having been acquainted with the city of San Cristóbal in her past, she fondly considers the city as her second home. She is also great friends with Marvin, but really, who isn't at this point.

One thing to note regarding her appearance is her near-uncanny resemblance to Ventin, despite her far more proper lifestyle, of course. Just like Leo and Chaos, Cecelia and Ventin don't share much more in common than this. Thank god. It's probably for the best that the small kingdom isn't partly represented by a sociopath, after all.
