The Flag of the Republic of Mars.
As you can see, the flag is mostly based on the current flag of the United States, and the flag of The Republic of China. A small element from the Chinese Communist flag is used in the corner, with the stars and all.
I wanted to create a design that was both original, yet familiar. And considering the origins of Martian Civilization in Cosmic Irrationality, I decided to go with an amalgamation of three popular flags.
