Hail, friend. Welcome to the Phoenix Heart Initiative. We are far better than those other armies springing up all over the place because we have FIRE! And phoenixes! And firey phoenixes!

- PLANS: Halo Assault Rifle, Warthog, Scorpion, Pelican, X-Wing, M4 Carbine.
