Richard Cabesa, aka "Tito Dick" is the official ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to the United States of America. A loyalist to Duterte's presidency, Tito behaves in a manner that is equally as atrocious as his leader, which includes womanizing, alcoholism, and frequent use of profanities. He is never seen without his sunglasses, his gold jewelry, and his special belt buckle that says "Dickman". He is rude, vulgar, and obnoxious, but deep down he has the capacity to be kind sometimes. He has two nephews who used to live with him in Daly City.
