Basic Info
Quigley Oakwood is the reluctant task manager of the Sea Hitman's Underwater Coney Island Disco Palace. The main reason he's reluctant is because dealing with his fellow Sea Hitmen is a more trying task than people give it credit for being. Most of the time, he keeps track of everyone else and gives them instructions, since he manages the other people in his branch and attempts to keep them in line.
